and the prices quoted do not include VAT @ 17.5%. Delivery lead times quoted by Mellotron are a minimum or 4 weeks from order depending on the specification / finish.
Shipping
Delivery charges will be subject to the destination address but all UK delivery orders only, and placed before September 2005, are free of charge. Charge for delivery outside the UK will be calculated on the destination address so will be costed on an individual basis.
Custom Flight-Case
The supply of the custom made flight-case featured will be free of charge if you order your MkVI before September 2005.
Warranty
Parts and workmanship are guaranteed for one year by Mellotron and RL Music with full and unlimited call-back telephone support
(in the first 12 months) available from the manufacturer during working hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 and Sat to Sun 09:00 to 16:00). In the unlikely event that parts need to be exchanged during the warranty period then Mellotron will supply the replacement free of charge although Mellotron reserve the right to request the defective component to be returned to them in Sweden. If the full MkVI instrument is to be returned to the manufacturer, for whatever reason, then the customer pays the shipping costs back to Sweden. In addition, RL Music has negotiated that all our Mellotron MkVI customers will receive the option of the Manufacturer & Designer (Markus Resch) to offer a personal on-site attendance himself to your instrument in the event that the application of the Mellotron MKVI is deemed “Music/Production” critical. This option is also free of charge and limited on this basis to the first year of warranty.
