Came into stock:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n February 2022.<\/p>\n Service Status:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A full health check by KSR was carried out in February 2022, but a detailed service will be carried out once the unit is sold, which will add around 14 days to the post-sale completion.<\/p>\n Remarks:\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n It’s always a pleasure to be able to offer a Moog Prodigy, they\u2019re like having an old friend to visit. This is a really super monosynth, full of thick sonic Moogy-ness, and punches well over its weight for such a little machine.<\/p>\n This example is a late EU version with the full complement of CV\/Gate I\/O on the rear panel – Model 3368X.<\/p>\n Background:<\/b><\/p>\n This late-model example was purchased brand new in 1981 by our client and has been kept at his home all this time, so a single owner only – that\u2019s rare in itself!\u00a0 <\/span>It\u2019s been packed away unused for a few years, so Kent at KSR did carry out a full health check and attend a couple of minor items that need attention, but he passed it as fit for sale, but it will be subject to a full post-sale service.<\/p>\n Condition:<\/b><\/p>\n The cosmetic condition of the control surfaces and keys is excellent with just some small signs of wear to the lacquer on the wood cabinet. \u00a0It’s quite possible to have the wood taken back and re-stained & waxed if you wanted but we think it’s best to actually leave it as-is, as it’s not damaged but just showing a little ageing….it’s 41 years old after all.<\/p>\n You can also see from the pictures we took that this Prodigy is fully 100% intact, so has all its original knobs & slider-caps, and the felt under the knobs is all in excellent condition.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Health-Check & Servicing:<\/b><\/p>\n As mentioned above, this system has been through the hands of Kent at KSR as a pre-sales health check, but we will have the Prodigy fully checked again post-sale and any service items needed will be applied.<\/p>\n The Prodigy is a EU220V version and will supply the synth with a UK type IEC cable.
