Remarks: <\/b>The demand for high-quality examples of the world’s most famous drum machine continues to grow, so we were delighted to be able to offer this outstanding condition TR-808.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Our client has owned this beautiful condition TR-808 for several years and had it fully serviced a few years ago by KSR who also retrofitted the Kenton MIDI kit into it. Kent at KSR has just given the drum machine a full health check so it\u2019s all ready for its new owner. \u00a0It also comes with the perspex overlay, which is showing its age now but it’s done a fine job of protecting the panel.<\/p>\n Plenty has been said & written about this iconic instrument, and the significant number of\u00a0clones\/copies, and even Roland\u2019s TR08, are all made in homage to the iconic status that the original machines hold.\u00a0 <\/span>It sounds great of course and is one of those \u2018must-have\u2019 instruments if you’re serious about your vintage analogue sound.<\/p>\n The operational condition is flawless, and as you can see in the high-res pictures below, the cosmetic condition is fabulous with only a tiny amount of any noticeable wear, which for an instrument that\u2019s now 40+ years old is quite something.<\/p>\n This TR-808 is sold through RL Music with a 3-month warranty and operates on EU 220V and currently has an EU style 2-pin plug fitted as it has come from our client in Germany, although for any UK buyers of this we can fit a UK plug.
