Akai MPC3000
Not our usual offering here at RL Music but we accepted this classic sequencer-sampler as a part-exchange deal and thought it would be something different to offer our customers.
The MPC3000 is a true pro-audio grade instrument and has been adopted by HipHop, Rap, R&B artists as their studio production weapon of choice. It has 16-bit stereo 44.1Khz sampling and a very sophisticated sequencer which offers 20 Songs, 99 sequences, 99 tracks, and up to 75,000 notes. It has extensive high-spec MIDI implementation as well, so fits in perfectly into a modern DAW environment.
This machine is running OS 3.11 and has the full compliment of 32MB RAM installed. This unit also comes with a ‘classic drum machines’ library on 10 floppy disks.
KSR has just gone over the Akai and given it a full service, which was mostly just cleaning of pots, switches and slider etc. The operational condition of this MPC3000 is perfect, with the overall cosmetic condition as very good, as you can see from the pictures.
This particular machine runs 110V, but the synth will be supplied with a brand new step-down transformer if sold within the EU. Also, the MPC3000 is sold with a full 3 month warranty.
