Roland CR-78

Came into stock: November 2022.
Servicing Status: Full health-check by KSR has already been carried out in November 2022, so this Roland CR-78 is ready for sale now.
Remarks: The CR78 has to be one of the most distinctive drum machines ever made, and has been used by used by artist such as: Brian Ferry, Gary Numan, 808 State, Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, Hall & Oates, Ultravox etc.
Our client has owned this CR78 since mid-2019, having purchased it from a private seller in Belgium, whom had owned it from new. Kent at KSR has just given the CR78 a full health check, so it’s all ready for its new owner.
This CR78 is fully operational, does not have any modifications and the cosmetic presentation is excellent aside some tiny marks to the faux wood cabinet (see pictures below).
Included in the sale is also a Future Retro Swynx unit (pictured below), a sync box that converts MIDI signals into MIDI clock, DinSync24, CR-78 clock and analog clock. Our client has supplied to us the Swynx and its external UK (220~240V) 3-pin type power-supply but no cables.
This CR78 is sold through RL Music with a 3-month warranty. As it was originally sourced from the EU, it’s fitted with the EU style 2-pin socket but we can replace that with a UK type if it’s sold in the UK, but it operates on 220~240V. We can supply the user manual in PDF format.
Packing & Shipping:
We can ship this CR-78 worldwide, although the packing, shipping & insurance costs are not included in the sale price below, so are subject to quotation. There may be some short delays in getting the packaging materials produced for shipping as they are custom ordered for the specific dimensions of each instrument. We are happy to discuss your requirements so please email us if you have any questions on the logistics and/or need a quote.

As this is a brokered sale, VAT is not applicable on the sale of this CR-78 to UK buyers, however, packing & shipping/insurance is subject to VAT @ 20% should you need the goods shipped to you.
